The 36th Summary of Innovative Movement in Education brought another unique title to the founder of Delia – Józef Szmich. The Jury of Innovative Competitions appreciated the fact that he has been supporting the local school environment for years, being also the originator and partner of the very best Automation and Robotics Technical School in Łódź.
For many years, Delia’s door has been open to students of local schools as part of apprenticeships and internship programs, thanks to which the young generation entering labor market can gain valuable knowledge and experience from a company with an established position in Poland and around the world. Delia also supports events organized in schools and fundraises, contributing financially to good causes.
The media coverage of the event was provided by local TOYA TV station, Lodz’s branch of Polish National TV (TVP) and publishers of various educational magazines. Unique nature of the Summary is determined by the topic devoted to innovations in schools, universities, institutions supporting educational processes and companies cooperating with the educational sphere. Creative personalities who implement valuable models of education are presented during the event. So far the Summary has awarded special titles to many famous people, among others: Professor Jerzy Bralczyk, Professor Jan Miodek and Kazimierz Tischner. Now Józef Szmich has joined this respectable group!
